Despite appearances, this theory has very little evidence to back itself up with no real scientific evidence to suggest that a bridge is even possible, although granted that the majority of our working knowledge comes through trial and error. However, even the proponents of a "d-bol bridge" admit that complete restoration of LH function will not be achieved until one is completely off of all compounds. With that said, it is unlikely that a "bridge" will help to maintain muscle mass while you are able to recover both HPTA and LH function. The only solution is to come completely off all substances and run a proper post-cycle therapy.
We understand a Dbol only cycle is a bad idea on the premise of maintaining any gains; on this basis it's simply not an efficient type of cycle. With that in mind, there's only one question; what is the solution? As your body needs time to adapt, you must allow for this time to occur, but since you cannot supplement with Dianabol indefinitely you need another option. For this reason, your total cycle must extend past Dbol use; in-fact, the initial Dbol use should be conjoined with another anabolic steroid. For example, your cycle will start with Dianabol and an injectable steroid; you will complete six weeks of both and then continue the injectable steroid for another six weeks or so. For this purpose, you will find nothing better than a simple testosterone compound; you will gain the size and strength you desire and with a cycle that carries an extreme high level of toleration for the healthy adult male who supplements responsibly.
For most, a Dbol cycle will only represent a small portion of a larger total cycle. For example, the most common point of use is to kick off a new off-season phase of growth. In this case, you would supplement with Dianabol for approximately six weeks along with your chosen steroids mentioned from the base section above. Once this six week period is over, your total cycle would continue without Dbol, but the base items would continue. This is the most common and popular Dbol cycle of all, but it's not the only one that's beneficial. It should be noted; if you used this steroid as a kick starter, you will need at minimum six weeks before you implement it again, and this means plateau busting is normally only going to be undertaken by hardcore advanced steroid users who are running extremely long and extensive cycles.
