Size gaining steroids

I’m an active 53 year-old perimenopausal woman who wants to gain muscle and lose fat. So I followed your advice and have been taking both LGD-4033 4 mg/day and GW 501516 10 mg per day (from ) and have continued lifting heavy weights, doing bootcamp, HIIT, pilates, etc..While I had my period twice in one month, the initial symptoms of breast tenderness and water retention have gone away. It’s only been 4 weeks and I have gained 3 pounds on the scale so I went and got a DEXA scan to see what that weight is made of. Turns out, I have gained 8 lbs of muscle and lost 5 lbs of fat. I have gained almost one pound of muscle IN EACH ARM. I went from % body fat to %. Needless to say, I’m going to continue on the SARM stack for another 4 weeks but my question is what supplements can I take after I cycle off to preserve my muscle gains? The ones you recommended in a recent podcast appear to be for men only.

Tlk with some nutritionist and some physical educator , and you ll see what regular exercise and regular diet make to some one who wants do get bigger, or just look at actor like Christian Bale ( batman) Christopher Hemsworth (thor) , Chris Evans (captain america) and Henry Cavill (man of steel) those guys have totally changed they bodies for be some one, and no one have said that they were on steroids or HGH, thats is insane
the considerate age to get large muscles are frpn 20 to 30, so I dont see why people are so perplex about that, maybe Lebron just have more facility to get muscles, genetic you guys understand ?!

Mark,
Thank you for your post it is very confrontational, I would like to say that i am a “steriod user” but mine is prescribed (sustanon 250). I am 40 years of age and around a year ago decided to go on an ultra fitness fad, i had been doing gym work much longer than this but really wanted to lose fat and tone up. At the time i weighed 115kg and was flat benching 140kg for 10 reps, i weighed and counted EVERYTHING that went into my mouth and pretty much stayed at 2000-2400 calories per day but could not lose weight. I thought after some research that i maybe had a thyroid problem and went to the doctor, had some blood tests and came back with a test level of . I have done one three month cycle on sus and came off to get more blood work done and both test came back at & respectively. I am currently on 500mg of sus per week and now weigh 108kg and incline bench 140kg for 6 reps. To me it certainly gives me more lease on life as i am not as tired, feel more alive and even sleep better. I have lost a lot of BF over the past year and certainly gained muscle but the best part of all this to me if the extra energy that i have at hand.
I in no way advocate “steriod abuse or even use” to any one that does not really require it and have spoken with young guys at my gym advising them to keep off of it because what people need to realise is when your body is supplemented with test your own natural production shuts down. I do not believe that anyone who may be contemplating taking juice should do so under the age of 30 as it will only lead to long term misery, guys who are in their teens and twenties are still growing naturally and as long as you EAT well and get plenty of rest your body will do the rest for you, there is no need to plat russian roulette with your health. Use mother nature to put yourself in an anabolic state and not synthetics

Or, of course, I could be entirely wrong. There’s not a lot of research on steroid use in healthy, athletic populations, and there are obvious confounding factors in both of these studies. I will say, though, it matches some of my observations. The guys on drugs who tend to do the best in weight class dominated sports like powerlifting, are the ones who add mass slowly, gradually increasing their doses or sticking with a conservative cycle for a long time instead of aggressively trying to add a lot of mass all at once. Look how long it took for Ed Coan to go from 165 to 242, as an example. Based on what I’ve seen, the guys who get the most out of their drugs – for strength – are the ones who take enough to primarily improve recovery, while gradually add mass over time – not put on 20+ pounds over night.  Going back to Bashin, 2001, if you’re a powerlifter, you want the results of the 300mg/week group, not the 600mg/week group.
