I am 42 yrs old and about 2 months ago I startes getting pain in my neck on the left side. I just thought I slept wrong that night. Over the last 2 months the pain which I can describe as numbness and like someone is shoving needles in my arm, has traveled all the way down my arm to my hand, mainly my thumb and middle finger but sometimes I noticed lately my palm part of the hand. The worse part is the “needle poking” / pain in my upper arm. It has got worse over the last 2 months. I cant turn my head, bend my head down, etc without the pain being severe in my upper mid arm only located on the outer part of my bicep which travels downwards which leads instantly to my hand going numb. I am not one for but it is getting a little annoying and unsure if I need to see a Dr. I was tested about a yr ago for Carpel Tunnel in both hands which the Dr stated all was fine.
I used this product solely as a pre workout I pinned 1CC an hour to an hour and a half before my workout. This product really seemed to help with my workout. More aggression and I felt stronger and worked out longer. Now this could have been because that’s what I expected it to do. But I would definitely recommend it pre workout. It has a good bite to it when you pin it and left quarter sized knots every spot I pinned but nothing that would impead a workout. Pip is expected with these types of products. All in all I’d recommend this if you want a pick me up pre workout.
Starting Position: In the down position, the wrist is drooping at about 45 degrees and your palms are facing upwards. Your hands should not be horizontal, that’s too awkward. The thumb side of your palm should be about 2″ higher than the pinky side. Now slowly raise the weight to the up position. The forearms remain motionless in this exercise, only the wrists move.
Ending Position: In the up position, the wrist is angled upward at about 45 degrees. The palms are still facing upward. Now lower the dumbbells slowly and repeat.
